Ingredients:
- 4 oz Gin
- 2 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
- 3 oz Lemon Juice
- 8 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Benedictine
- Dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 oz Grenadine
- 1/2 oz Cointreau

Directions:
Pour all the ingredients into a martini shaker filled with ice cubes and then shake well. Strain into a highball glass and garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
