Ingredients:
- 1 spoonful Sugar
- 1 spoonful Water
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 jigger Whiskey (Bourbon)

Directions:
Mix sugar and water in a glass until dissolved. Add the bitters and mix. Add the whiskey and serve on the rocks. Garnish with lemon peel or orange slice
