SAZERAC DETAIL PAGE
- 2 oz Whiskey (Bourbon)
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 2 dashes Peychaud Bitters
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup (sugar water)
Mix all ingredients except the Absinthe with ice until chilled. Coat the inside of a separate glass with a film of Absinthe, pouring off any excess. Strain mixture into this glass and serve with a lemon peel.
